A young Georgian boy takes on the legacy of his father, a former swimmer who has not found recognition in his lifetime. The boy wants to prove that his father has really been the best long-distance swimmer in the world and is repeating a dangerous adventure.

Tatiana & Olga Poliektovi


Twin sisters Tatiana and Olga Poliektova are animators and directors specialized in 2D hand-drawn animation, based in St-Petersburg. After graduating art school and university of cinema and television in animation and computer graphics, they started working in duo as film directors and animators. Their recent short films are “Swimmer”, “My grandfather was a cherry tree”, taking part in over 150 festivals and earning over 50 awards.
